Return and Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled and a full refund will be issued before shipping or production begins.
  • Once an order is completed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately before the order is processed: service@havinora.com.


2. Return Period
We offer a 30-day return and refund period.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 business days from the date you receive your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags intact.
  • For example: Curtains can only be returned if they have not been installed, used, washed, or damaged.


3. Return Conditions
To receive a refund, please ensure that:

  • The item is in good condition, without wear and tear, stains, alterations, or damage.
  • All original tags and packaging are intact and returned with the item.
  • Proof of purchase is provided (e.g., your order confirmation email).


4. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact Customer Service: Please send an email to service@havinora.com, including your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return.
  • Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide detailed return instructions, a return authorization code, and the return address.
  • Proper Packaging: Please package the item(s) securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging.
  • Ship the Return: Please use a trackable shipping method to send the package.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to a product defect or incorrect size/color, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Note: If you have measured incorrectly, we can assist you with adjustments (e.g., shortening the curtains). However, we do not accept returns for issues that cannot be corrected, such as curtains that are too narrow or too short.


5. Defective Products
Although all curtains are inspected before shipping, some fabrics (such as linen and satin) may be more delicate. If you receive a defective product:

  • Please take photos or videos immediately as evidence.
  • Please contact our customer service team immediately to request a return or refund.
  • You will not be charged for return shipping of defective products.
  • We will replace the curtains for you or provide a full refund.


6. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and verify your returned item(s), we will process your refund.
  • The refund will be credited back to your original payment account within 7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment service provider.
  • You will receive an email notification once the refund is completed.

Refund Delay:

  • If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account first.
  • Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.


7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchange services.

  • If you wish to exchange your curtains for a different style, please follow the return process described above and place a new order for the desired product.
