If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase from Havinora and wish to request a return or refund, please see the following policy.
1. Return Period
Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days.
2. Return Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return or refund, please meet the following conditions:
The item must be in perfect condition (e.g., glass ornaments must not have dents, scratches, etc.), unused, and resalable.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
You must provide valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number).
3. Return Shipping Costs
For reasons attributable to us (wrong item sent, incorrect size/style, manufacturing defect, damaged upon arrival): We will cover all return shipping costs.
For reasons attributable to you (changing your mind, color preference, incorrect size, not wanting the item): You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Items older than the 30-day return period.
Items damaged (cracks, breaks, etc. caused by human error).
Items showing obvious signs of use.
5. Return Process
Contact Customer Service: Please send an email to service@havinora.com, indicating your order number, the item you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return.
Return Receiving Instructions: Our team will provide a detailed return guide, return authorization code, and return address. Do not return items without prior authorization.
Proper Packaging: Please pack the item carefully to prevent damage during shipping. Using the original packaging is strongly recommended.
Send Returns: Please use a trackable shipping method to send the package. Please follow the return instructions provided by our team.
6. Defective or Damaged Goods
If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect goods:
Please immediately take clear photos or videos as evidence.
Please contact our customer service team immediately to request a return or refund.
Return shipping for defective or incorrect goods is free.
Once the problem is confirmed, we will send a replacement or a full refund.
7. Refund Processing
Processing Time: We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned goods.
Confirmation: We will send a refund confirmation email after the refund is issued.
Refund Method: The refund will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing time varies depending on the card issuer or payment service provider.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please contact customer service to initiate a return process and then place a new order for the desired item.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed and shipped.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
