When will my order be processed and shipped?

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Is shipping fee required?

All orders qualify for free shipping; no additional shipping fees will be charged.

What payment methods do you accept?

We support various major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, JCB, and Diners Club.

When will my card be charged?

The payment will be deducted from your account immediately after the order is submitted and payment is successfully processed.

What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?

In case of lost or damaged packages, please contact customer service within 48 hours and provide photos and order information. We will assist in resolving the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Can I return the product if I'm not satisfied with it?

Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy.  Items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please contact customer service for instructions before returning any items.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of product defects.

When will the refund be processed?

Once we receive and confirm that the returned items meet the return conditions, the refund will be processed and returned to your original payment account within 7 business days. The actual time it takes for the funds to arrive may vary depending on your bank or payment institution.
