When will my order be processed and shipped?

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Is shipping fee required?

We offer free shipping on orders over $35 within the continental United States; for orders under $35, a flat shipping fee of just $5 applies.

What payment methods do you accept?

We support various major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, JCB, and Diners Club.

When will my card be charged?

The payment will be deducted from your account immediately after the order is submitted and payment is successfully processed.

What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?

In case of lost or damaged packages, please contact customer service within 48 hours and provide photos and order information. We will assist in resolving the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Can I return the product if I'm not satisfied with it?

Yes, unused and undamaged items can be returned within 30 days. See our Return Policy for details.

When will the refund be processed?

Once we receive and confirm that the returned items meet the return conditions, the refund will be processed and returned to your original payment account within 5 business days. The actual time it takes for the funds to arrive may vary depending on your bank or payment institution.
