Shipping Costs​
We offer free shipping on orders over $35 within the continental United States; for orders under $35, a flat shipping fee of just $5 applies.

Processing & Delivery Times​
Processing: 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding U.S. public holidays)​
Delivery: 3-5 business days after shipping (total time = processing + delivery)​
Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (UTC+08:00) China Standard Time on business days will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff time will be processed on the next business day.

No address changes after shipment​
For urgent edits, contact customer service immediately (we’ll help if processing hasn’t started)​

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

Check your shipping address and delivery area (mailbox, front door, neighbors)
Contact the carrier with your tracking number

If still not found, contact us within 2 days of the delivery date. We will assist with a carrier claim.

Incorrect address orders are not covered
Claims require carrier verification
Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund
